when you exercise, your muscles get bigger and stronger. if you lay off the exercise, then your muscles get smaller and weaker.
wrong
That is a silly answer.
When you exercise your muscle tone increases. This is due to the muscles tearing during exercise, the muscles then heal and this leads to a build in your muscle tone. This however happens whilst you are resting not when you are exercising. This happens due to the muscles taking knocks during exercise due to the amount of pressure and tension put on the muscles when. This makes the muscle pick up slight knocks. Once healed, they come back bigger and stronger so that the muscle can cope with that amount of pressure and tension put on it before for another time. The tendons will also get stronger as they are being active. The voluntary muscles will begin to function more efficiently and function at greater ease with regular exercise. This is because the brains reaction time will increase if it is regularly used.
redirection of blood flow to exercising tissue
The muscular system is torn slightly with strenuous exercise, especially with weight lifting. Once a muscle is torn through exercise, it recovers, and makes this muscle bigger, stronger and tougher. Therefore, all muscles are similar to callouses.
The ATP-PCr (Adenosine triphosphate-Phosphocreatine) system.
not alot tbh...
The short answer is... not enough. Esophagal muscular contractions aid your food's passage to your stomach for the chemical digestion process. Your mouth must chew those foods, in most cases. Lack of muscular exercise leads to atrophy. It's like the old saying says: "Use it or lose it".
Aerobic exercise strengthens the ability of the cardiovascular and respiratory systems to provide oxygen to body tissues efficiently. In the short term, aerobic exercise increases heart and respiratory rates.
Use short to make (for instance) navigating voicemail systems as quickly as possible UNLESS you run into a system that won't respond to the short tone - then switch to long. So, use short when you can and fall back to long when you run into a system that won't recognize a short signal.

Cut the exercise portion short.
There are three immediate responses to exercise in the body. The first is the burning of metabolism. The second is a short burst of energy, and the third is the lactic acid system taking over until the resources are depleted.
The respiratory system is affected by exercise because when doing exercise the muscles need more oxygen and produce more carbon dioxide so the heart has to work quicker and you need to breathe faster and deeper to let the carbon dioxide exit quicker and the oxygen enter and be pumped around quicker.
