Um, hello, if you can't circulate your blood, you have no triggers to work your resparation. Also, your blood is oxygenated, so the easier you breathe the less your circulation will thicken (think, "tiny bubbles..."), thus, a working resperatory system equals better blood and vice versa. Be specific... exactly physical or sys/symptomatic? Smoker... sorry if this answer's blunt....
