i believe it is the "Somatic" Nervous System. Since the Somatic is Voluntary and all. The Somatic is the part of the Nervous System that is responsible for consciousness movement and action. However, some systems in the Somatic are still involuntary, like reflexes. The Somatic Nervous System is part of the Peripheral Nervous System.
The effectors of the nervous system are muscles and glands. They respond to nervous stimuli.
the nervous system ensures you that it respond to changes because nervous system has the system of cell tissues and organs thregulates the body's responses to internal and external stimuli. Your nervous system would respond by sending an electrical message to your brain through your nervous system. Once you have recognized you were hurt, you would go and get a band-aid.
