Network load usually refers to the sharing of work between networked computers. A network can handle a much larger load when two or more computers are working together to balance traffic rather than relying on one computer server by itself.
As load exceeds network capacity, packets gets jammed at nodes. These packets never go forward unless load goes below network capacity. Hence when load exceeds network capacity delay tends to infinity. As load exceeds network capacity, packets gets jammed at nodes. The Bluecat Network has the benefits of a flexible work schedule and not a massive amount of work load. Everyone there is known to be nice and supportive of one another.

Load "windows connect now" on both computers. Some versions may not work though
It depends on configuration of your network. If you work in a big office, it might be a good idea to use wired connection. For smaller network with a moderate load, wireless should do just fine.

Yes there is such a thing as a multi WAN with load balancing. They use the load balancing to prevent the network from being overloaded.
