There are much more vacuoles in plant cells than animal cells because plants contain so much water, which basicaly is what vacuoles hold.
Another answer from another user :Plant cells usually have 1 large vacuole. Animal cells don't contain any, but if they do, the vacuoles would be a lot smaller.
Animal Cell: One or more small vacuoles. (much smaller than the plant cells')
Plant Cell: One, large central vacuole taking up 90% of cell volume.
Animal cell-One or more small vacuoles(Much smaller then plant cell)Plant cell-One large central vacuole taking up 90% of cell volume
The central vacuole is in the plant cell.
they both have a vacuole. The plant cell has bigger vacuole than the animal cell. The animal cell has more than one vacuole, but they are really small
Plant cell
Vacuoles can be found in plant and animal cells. Plant cells have water vacuoles to maintain the water balance inside the cell. An example of a vacuole in animal cells would be found in adipose tissue. These cells have large vacuoles for storing fat molecules.
Just as the plant cell vacuole does. Only this vacuole is smaller. It stores waste, food, and water. Just like the plant cell does.
The plant cell has a vacuole.
Plant cell vacuole is larger then animal cell vacuole
The central vacuole is in the plant cell.
The central vacuole is in the plant cell.
The central vacuole is in the plant cell.
in plant cell
The vacuole is found within a plant cell and animal cell. The plant cells have a large, central vacuole while animal cells have small, multiple vacuoles.
A vacuole is found in both animal and plant cells
The vacuole is only in the plant cell.
The vacuole is in fact only in the plant cell.
A dog cell is an example of an animal cell.
they both have a vacuole. The plant cell has bigger vacuole than the animal cell. The animal cell has more than one vacuole, but they are really small
