When you go into the sun, your body produces heat to your skin. When in the sun too long, your body will start to burn into a red color, causing your body to hurt when moving afterwards. This is known as a sun burn. Sunblock 15 is the best way of curing this because if you do not take care of your skin properly with this certain sunblock, there are ways of creating skin cancer.

The natural skin pigment called 'melanin' will react when skin is exposed to sunlight. This pigment will become darker and we call this a 'tan'. This is an important function of melanin so as to protect the skin from getting sun burnt. Hence people who have a melanin deficiency will easily get sunburnt. Whereas people who have more melanin will get tanned easily and do not get easily sun burnt. However more amount of sun exposure will also cause sun burns in such people
