Best Answer

The Sun has a nuclear process that generates energy which it radiates as light and heat, so in sunlight you have light and warmth.

Some of this heat is utilized directly, but more importantly, some of this energy is converted by plants from light-energy to chemical energy, through photosynthesis. Other lifeforms consume plants to get access to this chemical energy.

it gives radioactive energy that can be converted into electricityThe sun gives us vitamins and helps us grow. It also helps power solar panels and what not, which in return power everything else. If we had no sun we would not grow, while the sun is shining in our eyes over on the other side of the world it is cold or snowing, vice versa. If there was no sun, then both sides of the prime meridian everywhere would be freezing, and there would be no heat but from lighters and every other pocket sized heat source. The moon pulls the currents in the ocean, 2/3 of our Earth is ocean, we also need the moon. The earth would eventually freeze over from no heat source and everybody would eventually die, following the earth would blow up aswell, because the center of the earth is all lava then coal, the sun heats the middle of the earth. The earth would blow up, the moon gives us gravity, that's why global warming is also very terrible, the moon everyday is moving further and further away from the earth. Science says that when the earth evovled the moon was half way closer from where it is now. Theres more science to it and more theories.

Good question!
