Same as drinking at any age, but more detrimental toward your brain according to the people that are supposed to know such things. The most common damage I've seen is some kid underestimating alcohol's potency and ending up dead from alcohol poisoning. If you get sick, you've already had too much. If you're under age, ANY amount is too much. Don't succumb to peer pressure, its NOT cool to drink just because your idiot 'friends' do.
Of course, drinking in moderation causes no health problems for those under the arbitrary legal drinking age. But alcohol abuse is undesirable for anyone.
