Ok well first you dont actually "have a baby" in IMVU. You can however purchase maternity clothes from IMVU's catalog which will make you appear to be pregnant. After a while you are ready to have your baby all you do is go again to the catalog and search for babies. There are babies to choose from in the catalog and you just purchase one with your credits.
