You have to have The Sims 3 late night. then you have to find a vampire and open the cheats bar Ctrl, shift and c then left click on the vampie while holding shift then you click on add sim to active household and then it is pretty easy you just have to play on the vampire and click on the sim that you want to becime a vampire and go to friendly and it should say somewhere bite sim or something like that.
