Symantec no longer supports Norton System Works because it is a discontinued product. There is still documentation on the website, and old versions but System Works was replaced by Norton Utilities, which is the now recommended software.
I assume you are wanting to uninstall Norton. I suggest you get the Norton Removal Tool. Norton imbeds itself in your system and is not easy to remove with the tool. I will post a link to the tool.
Some good and easy to install security software for business computers are Norton anti-virus and Kaspersky Internet Security 2013. Both software's are super cheap and can be installed within 5 mins.
