Not effective at all!
Withdrawal
Douching, withdrawal and Natural family planning.
Birth control suppositories are one of the least effective methods to begin with. Withdrawal is more effective than spermicide used alone. Consider getting some condoms and throwing out the expired suppositories.
Whose methods?
If you stop the birth control pill and replace it with the withdrawal method, you will probably be pregnant within the year. If you don't want to get pregnant, talk with your health care about effective methods that meet your needs. Withdrawal is better than using nothing, but it has a very high failure rate.
Pulling Out
All of those except hoping will reduce the risk of pregnancy, but oral contraceptives have a much greater effectiveness than natural family planning or withdrawal. Used correctly and consistently, natural family planning using proven methods like Cycle Beads or symptothermal method can be quite effective.
That is a very complicated question, but basically the beat and instruments in the "background", you just have to feel rythym.
Withdrawal is not a reliable method of birth control.Use a condom - it helps protect againstSTDs as well as pregnancy. Abstinence is 100% effective. No other methods (except those that involve surgery) are 100% guaranteed.
Dancing to rythym.
If you want the church way... ABSTINENCE! Or Natural Family planning! Otherwise condoms or the pill are pretty effective methods... Methods like pulling out aren't as effective. Be careful wit this one
Fertility-awareness (abstinence during fertile cycle) and withdrawal take more self control than some teens (and anyone - really) have and are not as effective as hormonal BC and condoms.
