I'm not sure what units would be used for "electability" ... washingtons, perhaps, or possibly roosevelts.

In any event: historically US presidents have been rather taller than average; the shortest US president was James Madison at 5' 4", only 3 presidents have been under 5' 7", and nearly three-quarters of the presidents have been at least 5' 9".
