James Caldwell was killed in the Boston Massacre when two bullets fired by British soldiers hit him in the back. It is said he died almost instantly. Little else is known about him other than he was a mate of the Captain Morton vessel.
If needed in Afghanistan- or anywhere else.
The Boston Massacre was caused by British soldiers who were stationed to fight for America when someone yelled "FIRE!". But it was not for the souldier to shoot, it was for something else. Therefore on soldier fired, not noing what it was for.....tension between the colonists and Great Britain

A sergeant is sent to do all types of jobs. Depending what his job is. But the sergeant is suppose to lead and protect any enlisted members below his ranking. He can't control any enlisted members above his rank or any officers. The sergeant is usually the leader of a squad of about 5 to 10 soldiers. If it is a company there is bound to be a higher commander like a officer somewhere between a lieutenant and a colonel. I would be surprised if there was a sergeant in command of a company. if you need anything else you can email me at militaryanamc@yahoo.com
