You can find a cheap leaf blower for around $30 from Amazon.com. You can probably find a cheaper one from Wal Mart, but I'm not sure how great it would be.

It's quite simple. You can do it at home. Tie the child to a block of wood the approximate height of the child. Take five leaf blowers (or as many as you have) and tightly connect them to a plastic tube. Connect a cup or something similar to the block of wood and put it on the opposite end of the tube. Turn on the leaf blowers until enough pressure builds up in the cup. Then the child will be launched into the air when the seal between the cup and the tube breaks.
At the lower end about $20-$30. The bigger you go the more expensive.
The cheapest way (free if you have the tools) is to flip the leaf spring hangers upside down.
Than what? They are a low end vehicle not a sports car, so I would think on the lower end == vehicle rate wise.
The more expensive clothes come from Europe and the lower end clothes are from India and China

It varies, of course. Some pottery can be very expensive, prohibitively expensive to those who aren't wealthy. Some pottery, of course, can be bought cheaply. It all depends on who made it, what materials were used, the quality and of course, when it was made. Average/lower end pottery is certainly affordable to the average person.
