When it comes to things that you buy at a store it is about near the same price, maybe even a little bit cheaper by (20/30%?). Keep in mind the the majority of Russian people go to bazzars in where you can find practically anything including things like phones, food, toys, computers, games, tools, TVs practically anything you can think of for dirt cheap depending on your haggling skills.
