...not far enough. I've had 2 packages stolen by FedEx Ground employees. They go a long way to cover these issues up. Had $5K Theatre projector turn up already opened and missing parts three weeks after it was marked as "delivered" the same day I opened a case. Turns out an employee of mine was roommate with boyfriend of FedEx Ground employee at same facility... She explained that my projector was taken by fellow employee and installed at his house for three weeks where the employee repeatedly invited other employees over to show off his new theatre... another employee finally turned him in and he was fired... same day my projector mysteriously appeared in an open box missing the remote, manual and internal packaging. FedEx Ground is the worst of the worst.
