Will the US turn on the UK?

Very unlikely. Obviously there are people in the US that dislike the UK and vice versa but in general both countries get along well and are strong allies. Financially and politically there have been and will continue to be differences but they have always been talked through diplomatically and I see no reason why this would not continue in the future. As for the US turning on the UK militarally then (apart from if the UK was taken over by an enemy that was hostile to the US and intent on war with them) the answer would be no. Apart from there being no reason that I can think of for it (apart from the above reason which is very unlikely) a full scale all out war between the US and the UK would end with mass destruction on both sides. The UK would suffer the most because of it's size and the fact the US has much larger nuclear arsenal but the UK could inflict untold damage to the US with it's nuclear weapons.

What is the difference between a US liter and UK liter?

There is no difference between a US liter and a UK liter. The liter is a unit of volume that is commonly used and standardized internationally, so one liter in the US is the same as one liter in the UK.
