There are 2 entrances at the back of Mt. Lavaflow (the area you are when you go to Mt. Lavaflow). There's the 1st, where you found the room with the 4th tacky idol, and then to the right/east of that entrance is a path that leads to another. It's through that entrance you find the room with the lava-flow valve.
go down the jagged pass from mt chimney, it's near the cable car section, then go left. (tip: old lady next to the cable car station at mt chimney heals your pokemon for you)
go to mt. krakanak. go to the lava area in the volcano where you take the kart . search there for red fossils and if you can alot of them, one of them will be a t rex
go as far north as u can on 1 island. then, surf up until u hit land and go up the steps. u will have reached mt. ember.
After beating the main part of game, you go to aqua resort, fly in sky and see moltres,go to him in sky, then go to Mt. Flandora (Place with all the fire & rock pokemon, also has lava.). Finally all you have to do then is to get on top of Mt. and capture moltres and get guardian sign.
you'd get burned. and you would have to go into the hospital or die or somthing,you would have to run, very very far.
go as far up as u can then go to the very far left. u will find a cave hidden go in. Note this is not the cave where u find the galactic grunt.
the air on Mt Everest may be a bit hard to breathe if you go too far up, and i have heard of no ski resort there!
