Distances at this scale cannot be totally accurate. However, it is estimated to have a radius of 2.2 Mpc (Mega Parsec) [See Link]. This equates to a diameter of 14,352,800 light years. However, the cluster is 4 times as long as wide, stretching along the line of sight from the Milky Way. Some sources quote 5 million light years, but this could be at the shortest point.

The Virgo Supercluster [See Link] is reported to have a diameter of 33 megaparsecs (110 million light years).

If you mean the constellation Virgo, that is a direction in the sky, basically. That's like asking how far is "left", or how far is "up".

There is a huge number of stars in Virgo (the second largets number of any constellation). They range between 10.9 and 2326 lightyears from Earth, with the majority between 100 and 1000.

See the related links for a table of the stars and their distances, amongst other data.

Virgo is a constellation, a direction in space. You can indicate a distance to individual stars, but not to a constellation.
