No one lives full time on that continent. It is far to cold. The people that visit it though are repoters, photographers and sciemtists, there to study the land the temp the animals and other things.
No, the two are about 600 miles from each other at their closest points. Still much too far away to be seen from one another.

As far as I can see, one end is at the junction of the M1 and M6, and the other is at Walton Avenue in Felixstowe where it meets the A45.
