In my view, IN this 21st century also Nepal is not being able to create equality among every people of the country. Though it has created many rules and regulations we can still find the inequality prevailing in the country.Today also, the so called high class people do not allow the low caste people to enter their homes ,do not drink the water from the tap which they use ,not just this much ,they are treated much worse than that of animals also.Though the government has implemented the laws the society is not following this thing. The people of the society thin that it is the tradition created by their forefathers so they want it to be continued. And most of the people who are called low caste/class people thinks that its their destiny and they are ready to bear this torture. In some sense ,somewhat their is the mistake of these people also.If they themselves think them as low caste/class people and do not ask for their rights and are ready to have the torture then by willing also noone could do anything.
So inorder to get rid from these things there should be implementation of strict laws and whoever do not follow it must be punished severely so that this mistake could be done noone thers.Different kinds of public awareness programmes must be launched so that people could know what are the disadvantages of followinf this so called tradition to our country.
AT LAST,I WANT TO SAY THAT ITS THE TIME TO THINK AND FIGHT THAT WHO IS OF HIGH CLASS AND WHO IS OF LOW CASTE,ITS THE TIME TO UNITE TOGETHER AND LEAD THE COUNTRY IN THE FIELD OF PROGRESS.

Using the Greene County Library's access to Culturegrams I learned the following information about the people groups in Nepal. "Nepal is home to many ethnic groups, most of which descend from various Tibeto-Burmese groups that have migrated over millennia from the north or east into Nepal; these include the Gurung, Magar, Rai, Limbu, Thakali, and Sherpa, among others. Some other major groups, such as the Newar (in Kathmandu Valley, the middle hills, and eastern foothills) and Tharu (in the Terai), are probably of mixed origin. A substantial population of Indians and Tibetans also live in Nepal."

Nepal has much higher elevation in general. Oman is mostly a coastal plain backed by fairly low mountains, the highest point being about 9,800 feet.
The Dalits of Nepal are being troubled due to the traditional thinking of the people. The extreme gap between different ethnic groups have caused for less opportunity for Dalits in each and every sector. They have poor economical, social, political condition compared to other ethnic groups.
