How far should my 11 and a half year old son's foreskin retract to?

An 11 year old boy could be able to retract his foreskin all the way or not at all. Either is normal at this age, and this should not be a cause of concern. Some boys' foreskins can be easily retracted as early as age 4, but some boys will not be able to retract their foreskins until their teenage years. For teenage boys who can not retract their foreskins, clinical studies have shown than 90% of cases can be treated by the use of exercises that gradually stretch the opening of the foreskin over a period of weeks or months. see a foreskin friendly doctor and ask him or her to prescribe a steroid cream or you can use over the counter hyrdocortisone 0.5%. The cream should be applied to the inside where posible without discomfort and outside of the foreskin during and after the stretching exercises. While this approach may take a few months, Just doing stretching exercises in the bathtub is also a good way of loosening it. what ever he does he should just take it easy as the foreskin is loose in 99% of cases by the time they finish puberty.

Mine retracted all the way it all depends on the way you were brought up. I was taught to be able to pull it back all the way all my life. There are many that don't start puling it back when they get older. However if you gently work it it will suddenly come back all the way and then you will never have to worry about it any more.
