How fashion affects us?

It generally affects people both psychologically and socially. If you have a "good" sense of fashion, you are more socially accepted by your peers and others around you. A lot of people are judged based on fashion (think about 5th graders who want to fit in), etc and think that it defines who they are as a person because they look a certain way. It can change peoples' confidence and attitudes about certain things too. Some fashions statements can also reflect political statements (ex. how some people wear a keffiyeh as a fashion statement).
