Lots of conditioning and weightlifting. Do footwork ( ex Fast feet and stairs) and what not. Run a lot and do sprints and plyometrics. A good lax workout would be a game simulation walk for 30 seconds run for 30 seconds sprint for 30 seconds repeat the cycle for 25-30 minutes, Rest 5-10 then do another 25-30 minutes.
