I'm no expert but I recently had two blood draws separated by only18 daysand I more than doubled my WBC count in that time period. Given those numbers I'd say you can change it pretty fast (on the order of a week or two). During this 18 day period I ate much more green vegetables, red peppers and carrots, apples and Oranges, yogurt, drank green tea, took afish oil supplament and a multivitamin.This, with a moderate exercise regime, I think helped to double my count in less than 3 weeks.
