It really depends on the pig. My guinea pig can eat a blade of timothy hay in about 15 seconds, and a dry pellet in about 30. But my aunt's was a heck lot slower, eating a blade of timothy in about a minute. If you mean the whole dish, probably about an hour or so, but they shouldn't be eating EVERYTHING if you have a full dish of food.
They also don't drink quickly.
