If you are moving at the speed of light, then "how fast" has no meaning.
I would think that current evidence suggests that the stars moving away from earth, some of them in far distant galaxies moving at unimaginably high speeds, are going much faster than stars moving toward us. The entire Andromeda galaxy is moving toward us and will collide with us in roughly 5 billion years, and it is not moving anywhere near as fast as the distant retreating galaxies.

300 km/s Edit: I've seen that estimate, but it's not straightforward. It's not like finding how fast the Earth orbits the Sun, for example. For one thing the largest galaxy, called Andromeda, is moving towards Earth.
Since the earth is larger than the moon it generates a more powerful magnetic field which pulls the moon towards the earth and causes it to orbit as the earth rotates on its axis, and the reason it stays in orbit is because the moon is moving fast enough to stay in orbit rather than be pulled into the earth yet it's not moving so fast that it will leave earths orbit.

The speed of light is a constant, doesn't change for colour. The wavelength changes by colour though. A white light source moving away real fast will become redder (longer waves), while the same source moving towards you will become bluer (shorter wavelength)
