i know this sounds pretty stupid but . . .you have to OBTAIN ARCEUS,SHAYMIN,AND GIRITINAto get giritina you have to beat the elite 4 do something and go to the top of MT.CORNET. then you have to beat mars and jupitar to get in the distoration world! that's how.both ARCEUS and SHAYMIN you have to obtain the items in wi-fi connection.(AZURE FLUTE) you do for arceus, go to the top of MT.CORNET which is spear pillar and play the flute.(OAK'S LETTER) you do for shaymin, go to victory road and go right. somehow there will be an exit and you will be on route 221. find OAK and talk to himthere i told you how to get shaymin and get arceus and get cresselia.talk to that boy that wasn't in the bed. but now he is!
