You can't. Pay the fine and move on with your life.
No, it is not valid to receive a parking ticket without a "no parking" sign present. In order for a parking violation to be valid, there must be proper signage indicating the parking restrictions or regulations in place. Without such signage, you would have grounds to dispute the ticket.
Even if you do not sign a ticket, it is still enforceable. The ticket goes with the car; the car with the registration; the registered owner is on the hook for any ticket, signed or unsigned.
Yes, parking is allowed unless otherwise indicated on another sign, or as required by local ordinances (e.g., no parking within 10 feet of any hydrant or FDC). For example, "NO parking in Fire Lane" would generally include no parking where the FDC is located adjacent to the fire lane.
It depends on what the sign says - the fine is usually there.
if you park in handicap without the handicap sign if you have it or not is $190. if you park with the handicap sign and its not yours its $290
In many places, yes. The answer depends on the law in your state or city.
Most likely the owner. The car should be licensed and registered in their name, and the ticket is against the license plate. The owner let whoever use their car when the violation occurred. But it probably depends on if the ticket was placed on the car or if an officer handed the driver a ticket.
Well, maybe she is feeling like you are smothering her or that you are being to "clingy". Some girls like being the center of attention all the time and some don't. It really just depends on the girl.Parking or standing is not allowed within 30 feet (10m) of a traffic light, stop sign or yield sign.
If it appeared to the officer that you did it to "cut the corner" thereby avoiding having to stop at a red light or stop sign at that intersection, then YES! The ticket will be for running the light or failure to stop at a stop sign. He will also give the same ticket for pulling through a parking lot (no gasoline station there) without parking in the same situation.

It basically says you cannot park within 30 feet of a flashing signal, stop sign, etc. I never eard of it either until I got a $65 for parking in the same spot or over year. The ticket was stamped 3:00am so I was obviously preventing someone from seeing the sign!! Go to: http://codes.lp.findlaw.com/nycode/VAT/VII/32/1202
