If you mean powers like flying and invisibility, that is impossible. The only beliefs of powers like that is if you survive going through a black hole and that is impossible. When you go near a black hole, you stretch like spaghetti and die. Some scientists believe there is a parallel universe on the other side of a black hole. Parallel universes usually are excactly the same but completely opposite. We do not have powers in the real Earth, but in the parallel Earth, powers may be there.
So my answer is you can't get powers. You can get magic powers by shaking the hand of a qualified magician.
