Give it a lot of green chaos drives and animals before evolution (and I mean a LOT) and make it stay neutral by petting it both with a hero and a dark character.Then after it has evolved keep giving it green drives until it resembles Sonic more closely.
To get shadow repeat this but using only a dark character.It will only take a red color later after it has evolved.
