I think so, he certainly looks like he totally quit Shadaloo and is more peaceful now. He certainly was a good guy in Street Fighter X Tekken, so I guess Sagat is good now.

Evil Ryu showed up in Street Fighter Alpha 3, but the first time I saw Go Hibiki was ACTUALLY Capcom VS SNK 2! It's probably one of those two. I suggest you do some investigating.

Absolutely! I have it and it's great. Super Street Fighter IV: 3D Edition is coming out for the 3DS, the game play looks exactly the same (probably better) and there is a lot of features available with it. I highly recommend either version.
