If you have sleeping problems, 5 hours is pretty good. If your a mother with young children, 5 hours is pretty good. If you don't have sleeping problems or your not a mother with young children, then you need more sleep. You need at least 6 to 7 hours of sleep to be almost fully functional (depending on how old you are, what time you work, your gender, and how much sleep you normally get a night). If your having trouble sleeping, then talk to your doctor.
