I haven't actually seen the movie but i have heard that it has one scene that is pretty gory...something to do with the younger girl (can't remember her name) going on a killing rampage.
Other than that I have heard its pretty funny and not a too bad of a movie =)
To improve on that answer, seeing the movie and yes I can say that Kick Ass is bloody and gory, there several scenes with a high amount blood and gore in it. And it is a great movie
