as long as you have got a half tidy set of tools its easy, i done one 3 days ago in aprox 4 hours , if its being removed for head gasket problems get it pressure tested and skimmed as these heads are prone to cracking and warping easy, i have uploaded the timing diagram to the following address http://www.savefile.com/files/1572016
