Try replacing the turn signal flasher
Turn on you lights and put them on low beam. That is daytime running lights.
brake relay or sensor
take off your dash bezel that stretches from your gages past your radio then remove the heater control box and it will be on the back twist it out and replace your bulb for around $1.00.
It depends on which lights are on. There could be an issue with the oil or the tire pressure or you may just need gas.
check the fuse
They aren't. The brake light circuit is not connected with the headlight circuit.
