They went from a humble, family run company that's only true aspiration was to bring joy, magic and wonder to each child, and became money and power hungry vultures the second old Walt kicked the bucket. I'm glad he was frozen, so he won't have to be gone for long, but the way they're running his child (the Disney company) would have him rolling in his grave (if he were in one.).
The short and short of it basically is that they went from being a company, to a franchise. Overused, over-produced, over their heads.
