Well farming has changed by there being less produce and less food for markets.If you live in Australia if you remember that Cyclone that happen a couple of years ago well the Banana trees were washed down and then the banana prices rised.Thats an example of how farming changed .Also when theres droughts and floods around then its harder for farmers to make produce.Back in the old days there wasnt that much global warming and there wasnt as many raining days :) Hope that helped :D
