That is actually NOT true. The studies that were done on marijuana in the seventies used exceptionally low-grade marijuana. Yet those flawed studies are STILL being used to promote the erroneous idea that marijuana in the sixties and seventies was much weaker than today's marijuana.
The marijuana that was most commonly smoked by people in the sixties and seventies was no less potent than the marijuana people smoke today.
