What are three things that led to the growth of Egypt.
There are two major environmental problems in Egypt currently. 1) Desertification: Egypt's population is increasing dramatically and as a result, more and more land has been turned over for farming and intense agriculture. However, the Egyptian soil cannot sustain such conduct and the edges of these agricultural zones are becoming desert in which no plants can grow. as Egypt's population grows, population density is only going to increase as arable lands diminish. 2) Pollution: Egypt is very polluted. The water is not drinkable in a number of places and the air can be quite dusty in certain areas in a given city.
