Politicians have totally destroyed the NHS. It has now become commercialised and is being now run like a super market store.

Nursing care has deteriorated, Health care assistants are now the cheaper options, every nurse wants to be a manager and no one wants to do the basic nursing care which nurses are supposed to do. Nurses, who do not have any clinical training in their curriculum are now seeing patients and running clinics.

Car parking is now a big business in hospital car parks. Initially it used to be a nominal charge for security and maintenance, but now it is a big business, and now hospitals are charging on hourly rate and you may spend up to 8 to £10 as parking fee in some hospitals. Most of the telephone lines are also privatised and making phone calls from hospitals is also expensive.
