At sea level, liquid water never gets hotter than 100 degrees celsius/212 degrees fahrenheit. This is known as the boiling point, which varies depending on altitude. The low the pressure, the higher the boiling point, and vice versa.

If you were inquiring as to the amount of energy needed to boil 200ml water in a certain amount of time, I can't answer, although I'm sure the math is very simple.
