How to control sea level?

There is no way humanity can effectively control sea level. However human activities seem to be causing a rise in average global sea level.

What would Earth's atmosphere be like today if life had not evolved on Earth?

It might be similar to the atmosphere on Venus, where the oxygen has combined with surface rocks and as carbon dioxide. On Earth, plants remove carbon dioxide and increase the level of free oxygen that supports animal life. This atmosphere also reduces ultraviolet radiation, which also affects the level of gases.

What are the causes of floods in human activities?

humans are making the sea level rise so there is more rain and floods

What is the second lowest layer in the atmosphere?

The lowest level, which includes all human habitation and the weather, is the troposphere, and above it is the stratosphere.

What are second level activity?

Second level activities are activities that have to do with manufacturing.

What is ozone trapped in the troposphere that is formed by human activities?

The ozone at ground level is a pollutant. It is trapped by other greenhouse gases.

What is the layer of the atmosphere at sea level?

This is the troposphere, the lowest level of Earth's atmosphere

Where is there enough air for people to breathe?

There is sufficient oxygenated air in the lower half of the troposphere, the lowest level of the atmosphere. Above 10,000 feet ASL (3 km) the air begins to become thin, and by 25,000 feet (8 km), it can barely provide enough oxygen for human activities.

Normal level of oxygen in the atmosphere?

Due to animal respiration and various plant activities Oxygen is both consumed and released in the atmosphere. But at an average the level of Oxygen remains 21% by volume.Hope your question is resolved.Cheers,Aaditya A. Damani

What fraction of the atmosphere's mass is below an aircraft flying at the 700 mb level?

The 700 mb level of the atmosphere is 10,000 feet in the air. This level is the second level used for measuring the atmosphere in the troposphere, so 1/5 of the atmosphere is located below it.

How is second level activities different from third level activities?

Second-level activities is is taking once thing and changing it to another. But third-level activities is delivering it. For example second-level activities is manufacturing (or the large-scale production of goods by hand or by machine) manufacturing may turn corn crops into corn flakes for your cereal. And third-level activities is taking the corn flakes and delivering it to your local grocery stores.
