Go to Canalave city (or whatever its called) and talk to the sailor. He will ask if you want to go to Iron Island. Go there and you will find a cave. In the cave you will find Riley, travel with him until you beet the Team Galactic Grunts. Then Riley will give you an egg make sure to have space in your party though, if you dont you can use an escape rope, and come back to him.
