Christmas is not celebrated by the Jews, because they do not accept Jesus as being anything more than just another human being. Only Christians celebrate Christmas, the birth of Jesus Christ.
The Christmas date has always celebrated the birth of Christ. There are stories about Christmas being celebrated in Holland because of St. Nicholas but the original Christmas date celebrates the birth of Christ as signified by the syllables in the holiday.
I believe you meant "How is Christmas celebrated?" It is celebrated with a Christmas tree (an evergreen tree) being put in your house, and decorating the tree with ornaments. Many people also hang strands of lights on the outside of their house. Gifts are put under the tree on the night of Christmas Eve (December 24th) and opened Christmas morning (December 25th).
During Easter
In Barcelona, Christmas is celebrated on December the 24th, with a big family dinner and presents being opened, as we have on Christmas Day. Also, the Three Kings is another major day, celebrated on January 6th, with a procession of the kings through the city. When the children return from watching the procession, the find that the kings have left them presents!
Panama has three volcanoes: Volcán Barú, El Valle and La Yeguada.
No, Christmas is not celebrated at the same time around the world. While most countries celebrate Christmas on December 25th, some Eastern Orthodox churches celebrate it on January 7th due to differences in calendar systems. Additionally, some countries may not traditionally observe Christmas as a holiday.
they don't have Christmas stupid! its a different country! they don't celebrate Jesus being born ... haha

Any country with a majority non-Christian populace, and any country with a majority of the populace being some form of Orthodox Christian (January 7 is their Christmas).
It depends on which country are you living in. It also has to do with the fact that Easter is a "religious" holiday, as well as Christmas and technically Thanksgiving. The difference with Christmas being Paid- holiday and Easter not being paid is for the simple fact that Easter is a christian celebrated event to celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ , thus the Government cant submit to one religion, therefore Easter Day cannot be labeled a Federal Holiday
Panama is the only country the canal passes through. There was initially interest (a bit of which remains to this day) of building the canal through Nicaragua - there are three proposals being 'floated' around in Nicaragua currently to build a new trans-oceanic passing, but the Panama Canal only goes through Panama.
