Israel does not purposely kill innocent children. They try and make sure innocent civilians are not in an area where there is danger. Terrorist groups hide there weapons and explosives in schools and hospitals, and have no problem killing innocent Israelis. In fact, even though it would better protect them, Israel does not bomb schools and hospitals because they do not want to hurt innocent people.
