Most of the time, he's too good a fighter to get himself killed. The rest of the time, he only comes back if there's some major revival, like in the really, really old comics. <------------ true but there MIGHT be another type of OBJECT like the Allspark and the Matrix that they can find to revive Jazz or even Ironhide when he dies in the 3rd movie...
