first you need two ds's and you also need Pokemon pearl or diamond or platnium and ranger then once you have completed the game in Pokemon ranger and have gained access to the ranger net get the mission manaphys egg and complete it then turn on your ds with Pokemon diamond (or others) and go into the starter screen. then go onto the ranger net and go send egg to diamond trainer it will say on the Pokemon diamond screen that a ranger has given you an egg the turn on the game and talk to a guy in a poke mart (could be poke centre) and he will give u a egg.
i know this works because i have done it
u can get a phione by getting a ditto and breeding manaphy and ditto together in the poke daycare.
