Marian Anderson earned a spot in history. She could sing like a bird .She was a important figure for the struggle for black artist to over come racial prejudice in the united states during the mid twentieth century.She also worked for several years as a delegate to the United Nation Human Right's Committee. And as a Goodwill ambassadress for the United States Department of State.In the year of 1963 she received the Presidential Medal of Freedom.
